A technology leader, institution-builder and trusted advisor with more than three decades of experience turning innovation into enduring business and societal value.
Before founding PODDER, Sanjay served as a Global Managing Director at Accenture, leading international teams and advising Fortune 500 leaders on AI, technology transformation, cloud, software engineering and sustainability across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
He co-founded the Green Software Foundation, where he has served as Chair and board member, helping advance industry standards and practices for sustainable software. His work has also applied digital technologies to biodiversity protection, women's financial inclusion and accessibility.
An Eisenhower Fellow and one of Accenture's Top 10 Inventors, Sanjay holds more than 70 granted patents. A Wharton Advanced Management Program alumnus, he is pursuing doctoral research at IIM Mumbai on AI tokenomics and sustainable enterprise AI adoption.
He serves on the advisory boards of The Akshaya Patra Foundation and the Leading from the Back Leadership Institute, bringing together enterprise leadership, innovation and social impact.
